AUCTION TERMS
• All decisions of the Auctioneer shall be final
• In the event of a tie bid the Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding between the last two bidders
• After the fall of the gavel the high bidder takes full responsibility of the item(s) and agrees to make full payment to the auction company before removal of the items(s)
• Full payment of all items purchased must be made directly to the auction company the day of the Auction
• The Auction Company take no responsibility in the event of theft or damage to any items(s)
• Upon registration all bidders agree to all posted terms
• The Auction Company, Third Parties or its Associates will not be held responsible for any accidents associated with this auction
• All items will be sold as is where is with no guarantee. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of the item(s) you are bidding on
• The Auctioneers verbal announcements take
precedent over any previous written or published announcements
• Smoking is not permitted inside the auction venue
• PAYMENT: Debit, Cash, Visa & MasterCard
• BUYERS PREMIUM: 15%
